We regret that we are not able to offer refunds,  but you can reschedule your booking up to 12 hours before your visit if you have paid the optional £1 booking protection fee at the time of your booking. If you originally booked an ‘Off Peak’ ticket but now wish to reschedule to a ‘Peak’ ticket you will need to contact us with your name & booking reference so a gift card can be issued.
